When we have confirmed the order you make the payments. Then we send the order to the factory. Normal delivery time will be around 4-5 weeks. Add about 2 weeks for orders with a template. "Injected lace": about 8 weeks. Our agent at the factory will send the piece(s) straight to you. Template, molds: We don't accept heavy molds, just light plastic templates. Put it in a "normal" letter, no box. If you send a used hair piece it must be clean. No full wigs as templates! NOTICE: If you send us a hair piece nobody will be responsible if it will be lost. So don't send any expensive (overpriced) pieces. And don't write any value on the letter/parcel. And make no insurance! We don't want to pay for your template. Before you send a template/hair samples send the online order form or an e-mail so that we can confirm that we will accept your order.
